At Nature Taken™, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. However, if your product arrives with physical damage or packaging issues, you may return it immediately in front of the delivery person.
⚠️ Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and only in the presence of the delivery person.
1. Conditions for Return
Return is only allowed if the product is damaged (broken seal, leakage, spillage, broken container).
The issue must be identified and reported at the time of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted once the product has been used or opened or if the complaint is made after the delivery person has left.
The return must be handled immediately and directly with the delivery agent.
2. How to Request a Return
Carefully inspect the package when receiving it.
If you notice any damage, inform the delivery person on the spot.
The delivery person will take the product back if the return is accepted.
Our team will verify the issue within 24 hours and process a full refund if valid.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Cash on Delivery, Bank).
Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect.
4. No Return/Refund Will Be Issued For:
Opened, used, or tampered products after delivery
Subjective complaints such as “didn’t like the smell/taste/look”
Late complaints (after delivery has been completed)
Products with sealed packaging intact and no visible damage
